The group provides a full range of capital markets services for both corporate and institutional clients and manages the firm's activities on behalf of issuers in the US primary debt and equity capital markets. The group works closely with its counterparts in Tokyo, London, Singapore and Hong Kong in the sourcing, structuring, and distribution of public and private offerings to help issuers access the full spectrum of capital markets and meet their balance sheet needs.
