Senior PC Support

Individual will work as a member of our PC support group which is responsible for providing first and second level support to Daiwa Capital Markets America Inc. (DCMA) PC users. This individual must be able to provide hand’s on support for the firm’s desktop and mobile computing environment, as well as to increase the level of automation in application deployment, new workstation rollouts, and the overall standardization of the corporate desktop. As a member of the PC support group this individual will work with our internal server and network teams as well as business users, to provide solutions to various technical issues identified by DCMA’s user community.
